DFY Funnel LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides various marketing services, coaching, and digital products through this website (the “Service”). This Service is offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Service.

C) ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

You must be at least 18 years old to access this website or purchase any Services.

You agree that you are accessing our Services for business purposes. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms (in which case, “You” and “Your” refer to that organization).

If you do not agree to these Terms, or are under 18, please do not use the Service. If at any time you are not willing to be bound by these Terms, you should:

A) terminate any download and/or installation,

B) immediately stop using the Service, and

C) delete any copies of our materials in your possession.

When creating an account, you may be required to submit personal information including name, email, phone, billing info, and login credentials. This information must be accurate and kept up to date.

You may not share, assign, transfer, sell, lease, or distribute your access to our Services or materials. All content (strategy docs, funnels, videos, downloads, etc.) remains the property of DFY Funnel LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to not:

Use another person’s login with intent to impersonate;

Use unauthorized credentials without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, DFY Funnel LLC maintains a no refund policy. By purchasing our Services, you agree to this policy and waive your right to chargebacks or reimbursement of any kind.

DFY Funnel LLC offers strategic marketing services—we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance. Any testimonials or case studies shown are individual results and do not guarantee outcomes.

You understand that:

Your results depend on factors outside our control (e.g. your offer, traffic, budget).

All use of our strategies and content is at your own risk.

You assume full responsibility for your success or failure.

Services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

By using our Services, you agree that DFY Funnel LLC may collect, use, and share your information for purposes related to:

Service delivery

Account administration

Customer support and retention

You agree not to:

Solicit DFY Funnel LLC employees or clients for 12 months post-engagement

Reproduce, teach, or share our proprietary materials

Make disparaging statements about DFY Funnel LLC, its team, products, or services

Breach of this agreement will result in liquidated damages of $5,000 per violation, plus any applicable equitable relief.

A valid credit card is required to activate service. All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

You may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually based on your selected plan.

Services auto-renew unless canceled in writing before the next billing cycle.

Accounts 10+ days overdue may face service suspension.

These Terms may only be modified in writing.

We reserve the right to update, expand, or discontinue Services at any time.

Failure to enforce a clause shall not waive our rights later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, with exclusive jurisdiction in Maricopa County.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest will remain enforceable.
